I do try to drink a lot of water during the day as I don't drink tea and try to limit coffee to before lunch. I found the water had a slight metallic taste but this wasn't unpleasant. Having the 330ml bottles to hand, made me more aware of how much I had consumed and I always feel better when well hydrated. I can't state categorically that Actiph Water made a huge change in my concentration and energy levels but if you are going to buy bottled water anyway, why not switch to Actiph Water.
