Georgina Collins: I like to think that I'm a relatively
clean and tidy person. But I do lack my mum's passion for
cleaning! A happy coincidence then that she was visiting on the day I received my bottle of
Alma Win All Purpose Cleaner. She was
genuinely delighted at the prospect of
trying it out !
First off she tackled the
food splatter on the wall in the
kitchen, next to Betty's highchair. It
came off with
ease. Then it was the
greasy hand prints and scuffs on the walls in the
hallway. Again with pleasing results. And finally she tackled the
various marks on the
carpet which had been causing her anxiety for some time. And yes
it worked there too.
Meanwhile this
cleaning frenzy had rubbed off on my
son (aged four) – and with a little
encouragement from my mum – he had soon
cleaned all the chalk "art" off his
tree house and washed the
Little Tikes car that lives in the garden. All looked
sparkling clean and he was suitably
pleased with his achievements!
So a cleaning product that meets the requirements of my, slightly OCD, mother must be pretty good. I realise that I may come across as being a bit of a slob in all this. But I can reassure you that I too have subsequently used Alma Win and can also report that it smells nice and is super concentrated so goes a long way!
Julia Bairstow: I diluted
Alma Win All Purpose Washing Cream according to
the instructions in fairly
warm water, that I was able to put my hands in, and
then used the
gentle, soapy liquid to clean the
dirty window frames and
surfaces in my conservatory. In
the main I only had to
wipe the surfaces
once, apart from on more
stubborn stains,
when another
wipe across became necessary. Similarly I used the liquid to clean the
laminate flooring
in the conservatory and was
pleased with the
results.
Following these
successes, I
diluted a further measuring cap and cleaned an
extremely dirty rug in the
lounge and was
very impressed. For
some particularly
stubborn stains, I used a little of the cream
undiluted and
it seems to have
done the trick!
What I like about
All Purpose Washing Cream, apart from its
effectiveness, was the fact that it is
100 per cent natural with
no added
chemicals or
preservatives and therefore had a very
pleasant aroma whilst
using it.
Anne Coates: Everyone in our family has some
skin sensitivity and suffers from
eczema from time to time so I thought
All Purpose Washing Cream would be perfect for
washing our clothes, towels and bedlinen. I used it both in the
machine (only half a capful needed) on a
40° economy cycle and for
hand washing. Given that we have
white towels and inevitably get
mascara on them,
Alma Win All Purpose Washing Cream did an excellent job with no
tell-tale marks remaining. I used it
undiluted on some
stains before machine washing and was again
impressed with the results.
Similarly I am quite careful about the type of
cleaning products we use in the
bathroom. One because of the
smell of some of them is off-putting and two because I'd hate for there to be any
residue in the bath or handbasin. So I was really pleased to try out
All Purpose Washing Cream in the bathroom as it has
no unpleasant
chemicals or
additives. The result was excellent, a
sparkling clean bathroom!
As you use so little product and it's suitable for just about every cleaning job,
Alma Win All Purpose Washing Cream is very
cost effective and frees up more space in your cupboards.
