Free Birds is a witty animation, setting turkey against humans, and introducing pizza to the American settlers and Native Americans.
The colours in the film are stunning and Reggie is the wimpish hero who succeeds in spite of himself until he realises his true potential aided by the fiesty Jenny (Amy Poehler).
An amusing film, Free Birds has enough layers of interest to keep all the family entertained.
