A must wear cosmetic, for me, is mascara, and the latest one I tested came from Oriflame who launched a 2-in-1 mascara, which delivers dramatically long, thick lashes in a highly pigmented shade of black.
The 2FX Over Black Mascara contains three times more pigments than Oriflame’s original best-selling 2FX mascara for sultry, blacker than black lashes.
The mascara has a hi-tech, intelligent brush system which lets you choose from two dramatic lash effects: length or volume – or both.
Two caps are concealed in the lid to deliver your lash effect of choice. Cap 1 can be twisted to reveal a brush to apply definition and lengthen individual lashes for a gorgeous full fringe effect. The result, says Oriflame is 40 per cent longer lashes. (I didn't didn't measure my lashes but they did appear longer!)
Cap 2 reveals a brush loaded to expand the look of each lash from root to tip, resulting, says Oriflame in nine times more volume for a non-stop, high drama look. Again I had no way of measuring this but certainly my lashes appeared thicker and more dramatic.
The 2FX Over Black Mascara contains a unique, multi-tasking formula that ensures that lashes are defined, separated and/or volumised without clumping. The ultra-black pigments in this limited edition version deliver an even more dramatic look than previously possible.
I have been really pleased with this mascara and would recommend it to anyone who likes to create a dramatic look.
