Sun protection is vital to ensure we are not adversely affected by UVA and UVB rays. Two new products from Hada Labo Tokyo™ – Sun Face Cream and a Sun Lotion for the body – arrived for testing just in time for the UK heatwave.
I have already reviewed –and loved – skincare products from Hada Labo Tokyo™ so I was looking forward to using their sun protection.
Hada Labo Tokyo™ – Sun Face Cream (£16.95/50ml)
This is a cream which lightly hydrates your face as it gives SPF 50 protection. If gives a matt look and is water resistant and contains Super Hyaluronic Acid™ which is great for moisturising the skin.
Even in Strong sunlight which you can't always avoid when you're out and about my face didn't show any signs of sunburn.
Apply to clean skin 20 minutes before sun exposure. It's non-greasy and quickly absorbed. Reapply about every two hours, after swimming and drying with a towel.
Perfect for sensitive skin and fragrance free.
PWT rating: ♥♥♥♥♥
Hada Labo Tokyo™ Sun Lotion (£18.95/200ml)
This is a super moisturising lotion which I found easy to apply and perfect for leaving my skin feeling great as we as protected.
Ingredients as above. As with the face apply 20 minutes before sun exposure. It's non-greasy and quickly absorbed. Reapply about every two hours, after swimming and drying with a towel. Can also be applied to wet skin.
