While I know I should probably wear a swimming cap it's not high on my must do list and as I only have short hair it doesn't exactly get in the way when swimming. However removing the chlorinated water from your hair is imperative and I have noticed the difference when using the Aubrey's range as opposed to my usual shampoo and conditioner.
Aubrey Organics new Swimmer’s range can help detox your hair after swimming. Enriched with Jojoba oil which not only acts as a humectant but is a perfect ingredient for damaged hair due to its restorative properties, the Swimmer's Shampoo and Conditioner naturally remove chlorine, minerals and other impurities whilst smoothing and rehydrating with quinoa protein.
You only need to use a litte of the shampoo as it lathers up really well and too much would be a waste and also takes a long time to rinse out as I have found. The clean-rinsing formula washes away impurities and normalises your hair's Ph. This shampoo is also designed to prevent discolouration of grey or blonde hair.

Aubrey's Swimmer's Conditioner is lovely and creamy and immediatly feels as though it's doing your hair some good as soon as you apply. You leave this on for one to two minutes and then rinse. THe conditioner protects environmentally stressed hair and restores its natural pH for added softness and shine.
I certainly found that my hair responded well and looked and felt good after drying.
