When the package first we arrived we were certain that given how small the box was the Britax HOLIDAY stroller was going to be in parts and require a lot of assembly, in fact it was pretty much ready to go, we only had to clip on some front wheels (which was very simple).
The size of this stroller is a big plus, so easy to store and take away with us. The strap to enable it to be carried over the shoulder as well will become very useful when our little one comes to walking as we can give her freedom to walk on her own and then just pop open the stroller when she gets tired. Considering how compact the stroller is it has a very decent sized basket underneath that can carry a few essentials for when you are out and about. We first got the Britax Holiday when our baby was six months old and the stroller indicated that it was for six months to three years (15kg), however as our baby could not sit unaided (considered a seven month milestone) we found it was too upright for her and the straps would not go tight enough to keep her in place. She is now seven and a half months old and is much more secure and comfortable in it.

This stroller is incredibly lightweight and easy to push. I was able to push and control with one hand so that on occasion I could walk alongside my child rather than always being behind her. The handlebars are a little on the short side, I am 172cm and just about manage to push it around without feeling like I am bending over, however my husband (183cm) did find that he was leaning over to push it. Extendable handlebars would have made this product slightly better however in order to make it compact and lightweight a compromise needed to be made somewhere.
As we really enjoy this product we looked to purchase a rain cover as the weather had begun to turn, however the website says “coming soon” which did limit when we could take it out and about, it would have been better if the key accessories we available when released (as not all our holidays are filled with sun).
Overall this is an incredibly lightweight, useful and fully functioning stroller. I believe it is going to prove invaluable on holidays in the future. The fact is can be used up to 15kg is a huge bonus and it negates the need to be constantly purchasing strollers as our child grows.
