dream tubesWhen you first see Dream Tubes you can't believe it hasn't been invented before.  It's such a simple concept and yet you can instantly see how effective it'll be.

It's essentially a single fitted sheet featuring two integrated channels. Blow up tubes then insert into each of these channels to create bumper-like protection on both sides of a single bed.

We took our set away with us on a villa holiday to Spain. My little girl Ella sleeps in a toddler bed with a rail at home and although she's four still rolls out of normal beds when we stay away. In the past we've resorted to pushing bedside tables, chairs (anything!) up against beds as a far from ideal solution.

This time the Dream Tubes set came with us and we really blessed it. It's so compact - it packed down smaller than our beach towels and was really light compared with traditional bed-guards - so wasn't a problem for us with our weight restrictions.

When we arrived at the villa the tubes blew up in seconds and my two had great fun playing with them while I fitted the sheet! Then it was just a case of pushing them into the channels so in just a matter of minutes we had a completely safe bed for Ella to snuggle into. Plus, I didn't have to worry about any damage it might cause to the bed frame as I have in the past with traditional bed-guards.

Although the set isn't super cheap I was seriously impressed by the quality. The sheets were ultra soft and silky and because the bed bumpers are soft, you don't have to worry about them hurting themselves if they roll into them.  In fact, whenever we checked on her, Ella was snuggled right up against hers!

I'm a complete convert and have been recommending Dream Tubes to all my friends. The set will be coming with us again when we next visit the grandparents.  In fact Ella seemed so comfortable with it that my parents are buying a set for their house and we're now considering moving Jacob (20 months) straight from his cot into a single bed fitted with Dream Tubes rather than going for an interim toddler bed (which will save us quite a bit of money).

All in all a great, ultra simple invention that definitely works!
