My baby is due in less than six weeks, so I thought it would be a good idea to try out the
FlexiBath before the big arrival. As it was brand new the bath had a
strong smell, so I was glad I'd opened it and
let it air as it would have been
overpowering for a
new baby.
The bath is very
easy to open, however as it had been
folded for a
period of time it took a while for it to
open out to its full capacity -
filling it with water helped too!
The
non-slip base makes the bath completely
safe and secure, enabling a relaxing
bathtime experience for baby and parent. The bath is
free from PBA/PVC, phthalates, heavy metals and other harmful,
hazardous materials. There are
six bright colourways to choose from, attractive to both
parents and children.
Once opened and aired the
FlexiBath lost its strong smell. The bath is
drained from the plug at the bottom, which is really
easy to find and
remove. It drains ver
y quickly, leaving a
small amount of water in the bottom, which is easy to remove as the bath is back to its
lightweight frame and can be turned over and
left to drain in the bath. It
dries quickly on its own but can also be
wiped down and
stored away straight after bathtime.
When folded it is
very compact and can be stored without cluttering up your
bathroom, which is great - especially as many
baby items are so bulky and a bit of an
eyesore. Of course you could always use your bath for the baby but using a
Flexi Bath means that you use less water - so more
eco-friendly!
