Are you wicked enough? The London Eye Witch Academy returns this October, offering the chance for wicked little witches and wizards to enrol in some frightfully good fun this Halloween. We went to the press preview and Harriet, at just four and a half, was a little shy at first but our delightful Witch Host, Esmeralda, had soon won her over to the dark arts. She and the other children enjoyed pulling the spider's legs for the magic potion. There were four lessons: Potion making; Geography ; Magical cookery; History of Ghosts & Ghouls. And you get to find out where the chief witch Agatha Ravensot hangs out.
Running from Saturday 25 October to Saturday 1 November, the Witch Academy brings together a spooky storytelling experience hosted by wicked witches, with the chance to learn spells, tricks and facts, all from 135m above ground.
Illuminated in ghoulish green for the occasion, the storytelling experience takes place within a London Eye capsule with moving views of the London skyline as a backdrop.
To add to the magic, the London Eye landscape transforms into a spooky wonderland with dangling bats and a library of spells!
Suitable for little horrors aged four to nine and perfect for children of all ages to accompany, guests will receive a goody bag including a witch (or wizard) hat, activity pack, pencil and sweets to get them ready for enrolment.
Children under the age of four are free, but must have a ticket to board the capsule.
