When my little BABY born® I Can Swim arrived she was an instant success – possibly because the doll has similar coloured hair to Harriet. But there was one big problem – she just didn't want her to show her swimming skills: "Baby Lucy doesn't want a bath!" Harriet exclaimed repeatedly.
However once she saw my little BABY born® I Can Swim in action she was bowled over. Baby Lucy, as she has been named, is Harriet's constant companion in or out of the bath and comes with flippers, goggles, hair slides, comb and wears a great little swimming costume.
It really is amazing to see a doll swim! Three AAA batteries are needed and once inserted, and the doll is placed in water, she is off doing her front crawl. Afterwards she just needs a rinse with water and a towel dry.
