I have been trying to
give up smoking for some time so was delighted to try out
NicoLites disposable electronic cigarette.
Light and discrete, the "
cigarette" lasts for the equivalent of
25 normal cigarettes and then it is simply
thrown away.
Puffing on the
NicoLite as you would a
real cigarette results in a shot of
tobacco-flavoured vapour and a small "hit" of
nicotine. But as this is
water vapour and the real "badies" in cigarettes are
tar, carbon monoxide and other unhealthy substances, the
device can help to
ease your cravings without causing you harm.
While
Nicolites work out at up to a
third cheaper than buying my normal brand of
cigarette, which is a bonus, I plan to use them to
give up altogether and am
reasonably confident that this is the help I need. My only
problem (apart from wanting a
real cigarette) is the slightly off-putting
perfumed flavour that underlies the
taste, but I'm sure I'll get used to it.
Nicolites also get around the
smoking ban, which, as a smoker, I find even
more rewarding!
One
Nicolite disposable cigarette costs £6.95 to buy from the website
www.nicolites.co.uk but

25 per cent discount by adding
NLTBE3 at the checkout.
