My 1st Years products arrive in great packaging and you'll want to
keep the box to store treasures in! The
painting apron inside came in Harriet's favourite colour – pink – and as she recognises her own
name she was delighted to see it on the
apron.
The
apron is vinyl with a pretty, floral cotton lining and can be
hand-washed. It has a
yoke fitting so that the apron fits over the head and is
fastened at the sides with Velcro – perfect for wearing when
painting or or engaging in
art and craft activities.
There's a clear
plastic pocket stitched onto the front which looks as though it might not last as long as the apron. Some
paints arrived with the
apron (in the pocket) but unfortunately these didn't work for us but as we have lots of
craft materials that didn't really matter. My personal thought is that the
apron doesn't need the
paints – it's great on its own.The
stitching on the name is machine perfect and this
apron would make a
great present to a
junior artist aged up to about five years.
PWT rating: ♥♥♥♥♥The
painting apron (£14) is available from
My 1st Years.
