Finding suitable
winter wear for
mobile infants turned out to be rather more
difficult than we'd imagined. So much of what was on offer was impracticable, constricting and in
white (!) or came in
gender colours – pink and baby blue.
So we we delighted to see that
Puddlebabes has just what we were looking for – a nice
bright red snowsuit with white spots.
Harriet is just
18 months and we got the
18 to 24 months size which although a little on the large side, gives her plenty of room for
growth.
This
Warm-in-One (also available in pink and royal blue) is made from
Rainflex fabric with a cosy
fleece lining to keep a toddler
warm without being
bulky. It has two
long zips to facilitate
dressing and has a
zipguard at the neck to prevent
chafing.
The
sleeves have an
integral cuff that can be used as a
mitten and the
Warm-in-One suit has
overshoes that can be secured onto the legs with poppers making it
ideal for wet and windy weather when Harriet is riding in her
bike seat. And means nothing
falls off en route!
The
Waterporoof Warm-in-One is machine washable (non-bio powder only) but do not use fabric conditioner as this will affect the waterproofing.
Sizes are six to 12, 12 to 18 and 18 to 24 months.
Excellent value at £39.99
