The SASS Intimate Purifying Cleanser is a cleansing wash designed specifically to ensure the pH balance of intimate areas remains at an optimum level, including during pregnancy. The cleanser comes in an attractive bottle with an easy to use pump dispenser. I found that the product lasts well (I have been using it daily for approximately five weeks and am about half-way through the 100ml bottle).
The cleanser does not foam as much as you might expect from a different type of wash but for me this reinforced it's more natural purpose of working in harmony with your body and made it feel less harsh. I have suffered with pH imbalance in the past and found this cleanser made me feel clean and more comfortable, particularly compared to using a regular shower gel.
I would certainly recommend this wash to women who have concerns about the harshness of regular washes due to previous experiences of yeast infections or bacterial vaginosis. I will definitely be buying another to continue my new cleansing routine.

The SASS Intimate pH Balanced serum accomplishes the same purpose as the pH balance cleanser, but is designed for use as a serum rather than a wash. For my lifestyle, the cleansing wash fits in more seamlessly with my daily routine. However, the serum does the job just as well. It has a nice texture and scent and again feels natural, supporting the body's own methods of maintaining cleanliness rather than a harsh cream or gel.
I trialled the serum alongside the cleanser for a number of weeks and then more recently on it's own. The products appear to do a very similar job and therefore I would recommend choosing whichever suits your already established routine as both are effective at soothing intimate areas. The cleanser worked well for me but I can see how the serum would fit well for someone as an addition to an already well established cleansing routine. The serum did not suit my routine as well and felt like an additional step which I was not always inclined to take.
