Stérimar is the ideal solution for relief of ENT (ear, nose and throat) disorders with each dose acting as a natural antiseptic. Stérimar is a nasal spray cleanser that removes dirt, excess mucus and irritants. It is a hygienic and safe treatment for sinus conditions, colds and congestion, and as a natural product it is ideal for use on the whole family. With its gentle solution it is even suitable for use on small infants and babies.
I found it easy to use and effective. You just insert the nozzle into a nostril and spray for a few seconds and allow the excess solution to drain before blowing your nose. There was a slight sensation of heat then much easier breathing.
