Directed by Peter Lepeniotis (Toy Story 2, Surly Squirrel), THE NUT JOB features stars such as Will Arnett (Arrested Development, 30 Rock) who voices cheeky squirrel, Surly; Liam Neeson (Shindler’s List, Batman Begins) who voices con-artist Raccoon; Brendan Fraser (The Mummy, George of the Jungle) who voices the park-hero Grayson; Katherine Hiegl (Grey’s Anatomy, Knocked Up) the cute and bubbly red squirrel Andie; the hilarious Gabriel Iglesias (Magic Mike, The Book of Life) as the leader of a pack of gassy groundhogs, Jimmy; and finally Maya Rudolph (Saturday Night Live, Bridesmaids) who plays adorable pug, Precious.
In animated 3D, THE NUT JOB is the hilarious comedy that follows Surly, a mischievous squirrel, who must plan a heist to get into their town’s biggest nut shop in order to help his pals in the park gather food to survive the winter. Together with his sidekick, Buddy, he will assemble a ragtag crew to help him get inside – and take them on a fun-filled adventure they’ll never forget.
